Workshops

Education and Empowerment

Mind-Ed delivers a range of early intervention and prevention workshops which equip community members with practical skills to recognise signs of distress, respond empathetically, and connect individuals to appropriate support.

These workshops are designed for everyone—empowering not just professionals, but also friends, family, colleagues, and community leaders to provide informal support when it’s needed most.

Some workshops, like the Accidental Counsellor and Peer Support, are delivered by Mind-Ed.

To ensure a range of training options are available, Mind-Ed collaborates with other organisations to bring specialist training to our community.

Below are workshops provided in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.
