DESCRIPTION:ONLINE training FREE \n\n\n\nThe WA Primary Health Alliance and Everymind invite you to take part in this free one-hour session designed to support safe and non-stigmatising communication about suicide\, mental health concerns and alcohol and other drug concerns. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe training provides practical and evidence-based support to people communicating about these themes. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThe session is appropriate for individuals and organisations who have a role to play in suicide prevention\, intervention and postvention within your community. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWe encourage the following to attend:  \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nPrimary Health Network staff\n\n\n\nLocal Health District staff\n\n\n\nEmergency responders (police\, ambulance\, SES)\n\n\n\nCrisis support services\n\n\n\nMental health organisations\n\n\n\nLocal council representatives or members of parliament\n\n\n\nOther key community decision makers\n\n\n\nCommunity members with lived and living experience\n\n\n\nCommunity spokespeople\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nThis Mindframe training session will include: \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nA brief overview of the Mindframe program\n\n\n\nThe guidelines in-depth\n\n\n\nExamples of problematic and preferred communication\n\n\n\nInformation about help-seeking and self-care\n\n\n\nOpportunity for a Q&A with Everymind team members about Mindframe.\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nLearn more about Mindframe prior to this session at: Mindframe.org.au

SUMMARY:LifeForce Suicide Primary Prevention Training Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We’re pleased to share that a free Wesley LifeForce Suicide Prevention Training workshop for Primary Care Support Staff will be held in Busselton on 14 April 2026. \n\n\n\nPrimary care support staff are often the first point of contact for people experiencing distress — whether at reception\, over the phone\, or in coordination or management roles. This specialised workshop is designed specifically for administrative\, reception\, coordination and management staff working across: \n\n\n\n\nGeneral Practices\n\n\n\nAboriginal Health Services\n\n\n\nPublic Primary Health Clinics\n\n\n\nEmergency Departments\n\n\n\nUrgent Care Clinics\n\n\n\nCommunity & Public Mental Health Services\n\n\n\n\nWith more than 20 years of experience supporting Australian communities\, Wesley LifeForce delivers evidence-based training developed in consultation with GPs\, practice nurses and practice managers.
