Advocacy WA Roadshow
14/11/2025 @ 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Advocacy WA is a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that supports people with disability to understand their rights, speak up, and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives.
They cover the entire South West, and work alongside individuals, families, and communities to promote inclusion, accessibility, and equality. Our team provides independent advocacy, delivers training and workshops across the region, and leads innovative projects that build confidence, connection, and leadership among people with disability. At their core, they believe that everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and supported to live life their way.
The Roadshow focuses on inclusion, rights, and self-advocacy for people with disability, and they know that the rate of people experiencing mental health conditions alongside disability is high. This overlap is only exacerbated in regional and remote communities, especially as more services withdraw from country areas.
