Julie Kirby’s role at Mind-Ed is focused on strengthening the organisation’s financial wellbeing and long-term sustainability. She leads the development of financial strategies and revenue attraction, as well as managing our key partnerships and sponsor relationships.
With more than 25 years’ experience across government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations, Julie is recognised for her business acumen, proven ability to drive operational improvements and attract funding. She brings a strong data-informed approach to her work, using analysis of industry insights, trends, and performance metrics to guide decision-making, uncover new opportunities and add depth and clarity to financial reporting and compliance requirements.
Julie’s aim is to ensure that Mind-Ed can sustainably grow its ability to deliver long-term community impact. Her work in engaging stakeholders and aligning organisational priorities with diverse revenue streams is central to advancing Mind-Ed’s mission to champion mental health and wellbeing in the region.
