Erin Statz leads Mind-Ed with a collaborative, inclusive approach, fostering trust and confidence across the organisation. Erin’s focus is on building a positive, safe team culture that supports mentoring, personal growth, and continuous improvement. With over 25 years’ experience in government, not-for-profit, and research sectors, Erin is recognised for driving innovative, community-led programmes that empower individuals and strengthen local resilience.

 

Erin’s career includes leading the WA Department of Health’s Family and Domestic Violence Partnership Program, developing culturally sensitive strategies with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and managing national research projects for the Australian Health Ministers’ Conference. Erin holds degrees in Anthropology, Human Geography, Human Resources and Risk Management alongside advanced training in suicide prevention, mental health first aid, disaster resilience, and inclusive evaluation. Erin’s commitment is to advancing Mind-Ed’s mission and delivering lasting community impact.
