LifeForce Suicide Primary Prevention Training Workshop

14 April @ 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
We’re pleased to share that a free Wesley LifeForce Suicide Prevention Training workshop for Primary Care Support Staff will be held in Busselton on 14 April 2026.
Primary care support staff are often the first point of contact for people experiencing distress — whether at reception, over the phone, or in coordination or management roles. This specialised workshop is designed specifically for administrative, reception, coordination and management staff working across:
- General Practices
- Aboriginal Health Services
- Public Primary Health Clinics
- Emergency Departments
- Urgent Care Clinics
- Community & Public Mental Health Services
With more than 20 years of experience supporting Australian communities, Wesley LifeForce delivers evidence-based training developed in consultation with GPs, practice nurses and practice managers. Programs are regularly reviewed by a national Advisory Board of leading Australian researchers and practitioners.
This 2.5-hour evening workshop (5.30pm–8.00pm) will provide practical skills, updated knowledge and increased confidence in responding appropriately when suicide risk may be present.
